 I cant wait! When will I receive my order?

All our party headwear is handmade, and will take up to 2 business days to process. Please note - Postage is completely out of our hands. We will ship your order as soon as we can next business day, after that it is up to the postie. We do not take any responsibility for orders that take longer than expected to arrive due to postage delays. 


Ok, But can I get it sooner?
Of course! We offer $9 flat rate shipping or you can simply upgrade to express post at checkout. Express post is $13. 


I have a theme and outfit already picked, Is it possible to have a custom order made to match?
Yes, we love custom orders and making something special just for you! Please get in touch with us first at hello@ourlittledeer.com to confirm ideas.

Do you have any examples of the differently colours and styles in use?
Ok, you've got to head over to our Instagram page @our.little.deer if you haven't already 😉 We have shared some seriously cute birthday boys, girls and fur babies on our feed for you to check out. You might even get some extra inspo on there for the perfect birthday theme or party decorations.

Are your Party Hats and Crowns compatible for my fur baby?
Absolutely! We've been able to help celebrate many Paw-ty's to date. Check out our party accessories section, where you can add on a chin strap toggle. This is perfect to help keep the party hats in place for your pooches!

Dang! I ordered the wrong size romper, can I exchange sizes?
Of course you can! A few things to note, Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How do i work out what size i should get?

Our rompers are available in a few sizing options. Best way to get an accurate size is to measure (twice 😉). 

    Measurements
    9 Months Length: 40cm, Bust: 19cm 
    12 Months Length: 42cm, Bust: 20cm
    12-18 Months Length: 44cm, Bust: 21cm
    18 Months +  Length: 46cm, Bust: 22cm 
     
    Measuring Tips: The measurements above are of the romper laying flat. To work out your size, measure your little ones length from their shoulder to the bottom of their nappy. If you can't get them to sit still, you can also measure the length of a romper in their size (or size to be) from the shoulder to the crotch.  As it is open back, the bust measurements are less important but also available above.
